The package includes complete cleaning of up to 3,000 square feet of roof and 100 feet of gutters, removing leaves, debris, and dirt that affect drainage, plus chimney and pipe sealing to prevent water leaks and membrane repairs where needed.

- Clean up roof and gutters where applicable — up to 3,000 sq ft of roof and 100 ft of gutters
- Seal/caulk chimneys and pipes
- Torch up to 15 ft of loose membrane
- Torch or weld up to 6 small patches (1×1 foot each) using TPO, EPDM, or PVC
- Report of roof condition
- Shingle roofs: caulk/seal exposed nails and replace up to 6 damaged shingles, up to 500 sq ft
- Slate roofs: caulk/seal exposed nails and replace up to 6 broken/damaged tiles, up to 500 sq ft of slate
