This plan fits roofs between 1–4 years old, where the roof hasn’t sustained major damage and only requires regular annual inspection after the storms and weather it’s exposed to year-round. It’s the perfect option to avoid surprises and the first step toward a truly long-lasting roof.
What’s Included
- 1 roof inspection per year, entire roof
- 1 roof tune-up per year — application of sealant on exposed nails on the roof
- 1 gutter clean-up per year — up to 200 linear feet of gutters
- Downspout clean-up included (if a downspout is clogged and can’t be cleared with an air blower, a $10 charge per 10 linear feet applies to detach and reinstall it)
- Covers roofs up to 3,500 square feet
