This service includes a thorough clean-up of your roof and gutters (where applicable) for properties up to 3,000 sq ft of roof area and 100 ft of gutters. Our team seals and caulks around chimneys, pipes, and other vulnerable areas to prevent leaks, and uses torch application to secure loose membrane and repair small patches. Suitable for TPO, EPDM, and PVC roofing systems.
What’s Included
- Clean up roof and gutters where applicable — up to 3,000 sq ft of roof and 100 ft of gutters
- Seal/caulk chimneys and pipes
- Torch up to 15 ft of loose membrane
- Torch or weld up to 6 small patches (1×1 foot each)
- Suitable for TPO, EPDM, and PVC roofing systems
- Report of roof condition
