Welcome to our Referral Program! By participating in our referral program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the hernandezroofingpros.com website (the “Service”) operated by Hernandez Roofing Pros (“us”, “we”, or “our”). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
Eligibility
- To participate in the Referral Program, you must be a registered user of Hernandez Roofing Pros’ Referral program.
- Referrals must be legitimate companies, individuals, homeowners, or entities who have not previously engaged with Hernandez Roofing Pros (or are former clients) and whose information is accurate and verifiable.
- You must be 18+ to participate in this program.
- Content creators, influencers, and marketers with an audience are welcome — this is a great opportunity to make extra money.
Referral & Affiliate Process
To refer a company, entity, individual, or homeowner, register/sign up for the referral program through our website or app. You’ll be provided with a profile/portal and a unique code to share with family, friends, and acquaintances — the same process applies to our affiliate program for content creators and marketers.
The referred party must complete a valid service request through our website for a service Hernandez Roofing Pros can professionally fulfill, set up and be present for an onsite appointment, and the job must be won by Hernandez Roofing Pros. Each request goes through a verification process to confirm legitimacy. The referral code must be provided at the time of the request (online, by phone, message, or email) — if no code is provided, no reward is guaranteed and the referral will be denied.
Payment Conditions
You will only receive a referral reward if the referred party: (a) submits a service request for an eligible service; (b) provides accurate information; (c) sets up and is present for an onsite appointment (unless a formal estimate is provided online or by phone, at Hernandez Roofing Pros’ sole discretion — ballpark or shopping-around estimates do not qualify); (d) is located within our service area; and (e) results in Hernandez Roofing Pros being hired to perform the requested job. Payment is issued only once these conditions are met and a contract and down payment have been received from the homeowner.
Referral Reward & Payment
The amount and nature of the referral reward is specified in your referral program profile and may be updated from time to time. Rewards are non-transferable and may be subject to taxes — participants are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and are required to complete a W-9 form. Rewards are paid every 15 days starting the day the referral was approved, via Zelle, check, or direct deposit.

Program Changes, Termination & Liability
Hernandez Roofing Pros, LLC reserves the right to modify or terminate the Referral Program at any time, including changes to the reward structure or eligibility criteria; changes will be communicated through our website or other official channels. We reserve the right to disqualify any participant found in violation of these terms. Hernandez Roofing Pros, LLC is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from participation in or referrals made through this program, and makes no representation that a referral will become a qualifying referral.
Governing Law & Contact
