This plan is a perfect fit for roofs between 5–15 years old where weather conditions haven’t caused major damage — regular annual inspections are enough to catch issues before they become surprises. It’s a strong first step toward keeping your roof performing at its best for years to come.
What’s Included
- 1 roof inspection per year, entire roof
- 1 roof tune-up per year — application of sealant on exposed nails on the roof
- Replace up to 15 damaged shingles
- 1 gutter clean-up per year — up to 200 linear feet of gutters
- Downspout clean-up included (if a downspout is clogged and can’t be cleared with an air blower, a $10 charge per 10 linear feet applies to detach and reinstall it)
- Covers roofs up to 3,500 square feet and steepness of 8/12 to 10/12
