This plan fits roofs between 4–7 years old, where weather exposure has caused some deterioration of sealant, rubber boot pipes, and shingles from year-round storms. Constant maintenance is the necessary step to protect your roof and gutters for the years ahead.
What’s Included
- 1 roof inspection per year, entire roof
- 1 roof tune-up per year — sealant applied to exposed nails on boot pipes and chimney bottom metals, plus re-nailing any loose metals on the roof (fascia and soffit metals not included)
- Replace up to 10 damaged shingles
- 1 gutter inspection per year
- 1 gutter clean-up per year — up to 200 linear feet of gutters
- Downspout clean-up included (if a downspout is clogged and can’t be cleared with an air blower, a $10 charge per 10 linear feet applies to detach and reinstall it)
- Covers roofs up to 3,500 square feet and steepness of 9/12
- Price guaranteed for 2 years
- Brief report of the most important findings on the roof
