Why a Roof-Care Plan?
These monthly plans exist to help homeowners maintain their property before a leak or unwanted result shows up. A new roof or new gutters doesn’t guarantee peace of mind if maintenance is neglected — just like a car, a roof, gutter, and siding system needs care and attention to get the most out of it and extend its longevity, which by consequence can save you thousands of dollars. Regular repair and maintenance helps prevent an early, costly roof replacement, and lets you pay for necessary maintenance monthly instead of all at once — especially useful if repairs come up when you’re not prepared to pay for them unexpectedly.
Terms & Conditions of Service
By subscribing to any plan, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this agreement in its entirety. You agree to remit payment monthly for the services outlined in your package/subscription. This agreement mandates a continuous monthly payment for a period of twelve (12) months, commencing on the date of subscription. The yearly service included in your subscription will happen once (unless otherwise specified) after the 12 monthly payments have been submitted — Hernandez Roofing Pros, LLC will then schedule your job as soon as our schedule allows, no longer than 2 months after the subscription period ends.
Repairs not included in or described by your subscription will receive a separate estimate outside of the plan. Hernandez Roofing Pros does not provide warranties for regular maintenance services under a subscription — any resulting leaks are not Hernandez Roofing Pros’ responsibility. Repairs performed outside of a subscription may carry their own separate warranty. Weather conditions or material availability can cause delays outside of our control.
Payment: Payments are made automatically each month on the date the subscription was purchased; a debit/credit card must be kept on file. Refunds: no refunds are issued during the 12-month contract period. Late payments: after 3 months without payment, Hernandez Roofing Pros, LLC reserves the right to terminate the subscription.
