This comprehensive service is designed to maintain and repair flat roofs and shingle roofs, ensuring the longevity and functionality of your home or building. The package includes complete cleaning of up to 3,000 square feet of roof and 100 feet of gutters, chimney and pipe sealing to prevent water leaks, and membrane repairs. All necessary materials are included for a comprehensive, high-quality maintenance solution.
What’s Included
- Clean up roof and gutters where applicable — up to 3,000 sq ft of roof and 100 ft of gutters
- Seal/caulk chimneys and pipes
- Torch up to 15 ft of loose membrane
- Torch or weld up to 6 small patches (1×1 foot each) using TPO, EPDM, or PVC
- Report of roof condition
- Everything in the flat roof package/plan
- Caulk/seal exposed nails on shingle roofs
- Replace up to 6 damaged shingles, up to 500 sq ft of shingle roof
- 3 repair boot collars for shingle boots only
- All materials included
